Rockville, MD -- Powertek was extremely honored to be a part of Capitol Hill Group Ministry’s annual summer fundraiser, “All-Stars Party Night”, at Nationals Field on July 14^th, 2009.  The event included the opportunity for children “practice with the pros”, tour Nationals Park, and to watch the MLB All-Star game taking place at Busch Stadium in St. Louis Missouri.

Since 1967, Capitol Hill Group Ministry (CHGM) has served low-income households and the homeless from all parts of the District of Columbia.  In 2008 alone, the CHGM helped over 3,000 households by assisting with job placement as well as providing shelter and emergency food.  Powertek is very proud to have been a sponsor of this event and looks forward to working with the Capitol Hill Group Ministry again.
