Daniel Mintz, COO at Powertek Corporation will be a panelist discussing public and private partnership opportunities in support of Government's initiatives to improve citizen services and enhance citizen engagement.  The discussion will be hosted by RightNow on August 17^th in Tyson’s Corner, VA.  The event will bring together industry to include software and hardware providers, Systems Integrators, and other Government contractors. The audience will not include government end users, but will instead include commercial companies who have a vested interest in supporting government’s programs to help bridge the gap between the everyday consumer experience and interactions customers have with companies through web, social and contact center channels and the citizen experience and interactions we have with government. 

Dan will bring experience and provide insight to audience members whose objectives are to position technology solutions and services to Government agencies at the Federal civilian, Defense and state and local levels.  With the overall program focused on government trends related to enhancing citizen engagement, improving transparency and innovation in an era of shrinking budgets, the panel will include reference to these topic areas in addition to cloud computing.
