- Served as President of 3H Technology Federal Corp. and a Senior Vice President of 3H Technology, LLC, where he developed corporate growth strategies that achieved annual growth rates between 35-50 percent per year. 3H was purchased by QinetiQ in June of 2007
- Served on the Board of Directors for several companies, including Identix, Inc. a public corporation providing biometric-security to Federal, State, and local governments; ANADAC, Inc. an engineering services company supporting the Department of Defense; and Legislative Demographic Services, a software firm that distributes legislative software packages
