We pay attention to technical capabilities, interpersonal skills, service knowledge, and customer knowledge—all critical contributing elements to our success.

Powertek’s Learning Program
We offer a generous Tuition Reimbursement Program to help develop employees and further our business goal of service excellence. We provide classroom training at our Centers of Excellence (eCenter) and pay for formal training classes and online courses. We also provide on-the-job training.

Professional Certification
Powertek places strong emphasis on ensuring that our employees have industry-recognized professional certifications. To date, more than one-third of our employees have received certifications as ITIL Foundation or Practitioner; Project Management Professional (PMP); and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) through our Professional Certification Program.
Mentoring
Mentoring at Powertek is an exciting part of our business philosophy. The goal of Powertek’s mentoring program is for our employees to gain insight and advice from our managers, technical subject matter experts, and top leaders through mentoring and shadowing relationships that help transfer the knowledge and expertise of our experienced workforce.
