Data Architect

Education: Bachelor's degree in related field

Full Time or Part Time: Full Time

Security Clearance: Public Trust

Basic Experience:
Ten years of progressive experience designing, developing, and documenting data architectures, metadata systems, data dictionaries, databases, and applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Translate business needs into long-term architecture solutions.
  • Perform data design, database architecture, and metadata and repository creation.
  • Define, design, and build dimensional databases.
  • Develop data warehousing blueprints, evaluate hardware and software platforms, and integrate systems.
  • Evaluate the reuse of current data for additional analyses, and conduct data cleansing.
  • Review object and data models and the metadata repository to structure the data for better management and quicker access.
