Professional Development

Powertek's Professional Development Program is designed to build staff technical expertise, enhance knowledge, and facilitate interpersonal skills and overall business performance. We offer generous tuition reimbursement to help develop employees and further our business goal of Service Excellence. We also make available formal training classes, online courses, and on-the-job training.

Professional Certifications

Powertek places strong emphasis on ensuring that our employees have industry-recognized professional certifications. To date, more than one-third of our staff members have earned such certifications as ITIL Foundation or Practitioner; Project Management Professional (PMP); and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) through our Professional Certification Program.

Mentoring

Mentoring at Powertek is an integral part of our business philosophy. The goal of our mentoring program is to provide our employees with opportunities to gain insight from our managers, technical subject matter experts, and top leaders through mentoring and shadowing relationships that help transfer the knowledge and expertise of our experienced workforce.
